I was really disturbed by the attitude of the employees at Starbucks. I haven’t seen such a bad mood in a person before. I hope you look into this matter because at one point, I felt like their mouths were glued shut, and they couldn’t even manage a smile, even if they tried to fake it!

Hi I would just like to recommend this store as the staff are outstanding and very welcoming. I come here on a daily bases and have got to know all members of staff very well and can say that they are all superb with there hygiene and interaction with customers.
