Extremely positive client experience. I went there to buy a bike not knowingly anything about bikes. Ash from the bike repair section explained me the difference between some bikes and which one was best suited for my activities, he assembled one so that I could get on it and get a feel and later was extremely helpful while I was paying, waiting for me to finish my Klarna account to pay in installments (I should have done that before coming to the store) and explaining me my questions.
He really made my day.”

“Brilliant club shop! I purchased a Southampton Fc pin badge for only £3 and reserved a ticket for a home tie in the near future.

The lad at the ticket office was very helpful, helping me choose a seat. I did not feel rushed at all. The people in the club shop were lovely and I saw a young staff member helping an elderly lady with whatever she wanted to purchase at the club shop, which I believe was a shirt.

The only reason why I have not made my review 5 stars is due to the prices of the kits. I know they have only recently gone on sale, however £66 is quite high. The prices will likely be reduced in March, which is when I will purchase my shirt if I decide that I would like one.

“Nicola is a credit to the team she helped me get sunglasses out Of the cabinet. However when she was assisting me a supervisor called Kim had an unacceptable attitude all because she didn’t have a radio when I asked Nicola she said her duty manager was getting here a radio. But Kim wasent standing anything for it and she needs a disciplinary or some action to be taken against her as you do not treat workers like that no matter what if your having a bad day or not especially doing this in front of a customer.”
