Nicola is a credit to the team she helped me get sunglasses out Of the cabinet. However when she was assisting me a supervisor called Kim had an unacceptable attitude all because she didn?t have a radio when I asked Nicola she said her duty manager was getting here a radio. But Kim wasent standing anything for it and she needs a disciplinary or some action to be taken against her as you do not treat workers like that no matter what if your having a bad day or not especially doing this in front of a customer.

Went to the changing rooms and was spoke to like I was about 5, only 3 items allowed in the room and you can?t take your bag in ?by law? said the member of staff, when I questioned this he swiftly changed it to ?store policy? You have to leave it behind the counter, when I asked if someone steals it will I be reimbursed I was told it wasn?t their problem. Looking back at all these reviews over the last few months, questions need to be asked

No staff to be found when I needed help with trainers. The first guy who I finally found after walking round for several minutes couldn't have been less helpful. The second guy was a bit better, but the till experience was awful. 8 people queuing, 2 people on the tills being very slow. When it finally came to my turn, the first server couldn't help me because he didn't know how to void off a previous transaction and the other one needed someone to help him change the till roll and went off for a walk to find help leaving a queue of people and no one serving. No apology for the wait (which had to be more than 10 minutes) when I finally got served. Just awful, and stores wonder why everyone buys online....

Asked for a shoe and I was made to wait for 30 minutes by staff. They just stay there and order the shoe with a walkie-talkie, but nothing pans out. You would think that with all these walkie talkies, things would be pretty quick and they are serious about customer priority, but you're wrong. For all the show off, it's pretty late. We had experienced the delay 2 times in 2 different floors, at men's and woman's section so I don't suppose this is a one time incident. Their collection and pricing doesn't really matter after waiting for 30+ minutes for a shoe that we asked to try on. Also they don't seem to be comfortable when we wear the shoes, they always attach some tracker to it. If they had focus on customer service at least by 10% of what they have on trust issues and unnecessary tech, it would have been significantly better experience. If you want to have a pleasant day, avoid this store.

Disappointing Sizing & Poor Customer Service
I ordered a pair of Everlast men's joggers in size 'L' online, but was shocked to find they fit more like an XXL. Be warned ? the sizing is way off. I went into a Sports Direct store to exchange them for a smaller size, only to be told exchanges can't be done in-store and that I?d have to return them by post at my own expense ? £4.99 for the return.
Very poor service. Sports Direct, this is not how you keep customers. I won?t be shopping here again.

Rediculess Service . People working here don't want to work . Just having pay for nothing . So Rude. They let you wait for stuff the. Turned back . Rudely we don't have that stuff. Sports direct should sort out the staff . Need new and polite , hardworking people here .

Absolutely poor services ,I ordered my trainers online after not finding the right size in store ,they sent my order with Evri after charging me £4.99 for the delivery,my parcel was due to go to a parcel shop but never arrived ,I contacted multiple times sports direct but no response at all ,they don?t have any physical phone number to reach out to the customer services if things goes wrong ,I wouldn?t recommend their online delivery service.

So went for pair of trainers waited ten minutes didn't have them got another pair went till long wait ten in morningam said have to get manager she turned up like she had just been pulled of her burger very rude so I left won't go back

Ordered online for xmas presents paid £10 delivery to be sent someone else's order .if I was to send back I would have to pay postage again so decided to go to the shop .They told me send it back (yeh right few days before xmas I would never get them in time) they were useless .I said just scan what I had and give me a credit note which they did in the end but I lost money .I'm really annoyed as this was presents and didn't have the stuff I wanted in the shop .Basically lost money and no goods .shit shop !!

Absolutely exquisite!!!! I came to purchase a mouth guard and shin guard and an oustanding member of staff named Celina came and assisted me. I have never been so amazed by the quality of customer service in my life and recommended this store to all who are interested. 5 stars ?
