I have been using Specsavers in Bitterne for years, and always get really good service, really helpful staff and very knowledgeable.
I had a small problem this week but it was all sorted out by Ruben the store Manager, thank you ?? and thank you to all your lovely friendly staff.

One side of the nosepiece had come off my glasses just leaving the metal piece so I took them to specsavers in Bitterne although they had been purchased at the town branch. Completely polite but unhelpful women, not at all interested, said didn?t have them in her branch try where I?d bought them. First pair I?ve ever bought at specsavers and it will be the last.

Great team, went for eye test and contact lenses review and both the gentlemen that did my eye tests were very friendly and informative. Shop always clean and tidy and other staff friendly and helpful. Great experience!
