I wanted to replace my broken glasses but the only way I could make contact was to make an appointment. They then notified me that I was not entitled to a free appointment. I tried phoning several times but I got cut off. I left messages but nobody responded. I then cancelled the appointment as I could not get a response. Not helpful service

The service here is incredible. One of the opticians here is a very friendly and professional he made me feel at ease immediately. The whole appointment took 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Went in tday as the bridge of my glasses had broken off, leaving me with 2 half's that wouldn't connect. Spoke to a lovely young guy who sorted it out for me by replacing the frame. Amazing service, made a difficult day so much better. Thank you
