Incredibly friendly, supportive and honest about the whole ordeal and made it a nice experience. Super impressed by her!”

“They had exactly what I needed and it only cost a donation. The shop has a huge range of stock, that you may not find anywhere else locally. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is free and only a short walk away.”

“West quay is a must when you come to Southampton. There is plenty of parking in the multi storey car park. I personally like the Mend Kind store full of wonderful gadgets. Other members of the family enjoy visiting Rituals. There are plenty of eateries on the top floor.”
