I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Aziz regarding an issue, and I must say his service was exceptional. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved quickly and completely. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to assist made a potentially frustrating situation very positive. I would highly recommend this Shell branch to anyone needing assistance with time, payments etc.

I will never use the Winchester Road Shell garage ever again. It?s my local garage and I have been using it every day for the last 2/3 years. I will fill up my vehicle elsewhere. Disgusting customer service by the late shift staff. I was told at 9:38pm I wasn?t allowed to use the costa machine or purchase a chocolate bar, I tried to explain that the shop is supposed to be open until 10.00pm. The staff member tried to make me feel like she had done me a favour letting me In at 9:38! She said she was mopping the floor and wouldn?t go home at 10.00pm if I came in. I tried to explain that Shell would want my custom and that she was to continue to serve customers until closing at 10.00pm. I have a great relationship with the rest of the staff, I couldn?t speak highly enough of them. I?m aware of how much they have to do on a shift, but to try and turn paying customers away a good 20 minutes before closing is completely unprofessional, especially when you?ve only been in the job a matter of weeks. I would consider reviewing this staff members contract before you loose any more loyal customers. I have spent £1000?s in that store. Im aware you probably should keep your political views to yourself to!
