Very rude member of staff, taking my complaint to management as I'm very offended at what the cashier said to 3 members of the public about me, accusing me of being a thief when I didn't even enter store and only spoke through window as doors locked at 5.55pm, he obviously didn't realise one of the members of public was also with me ,not the service I expected being a visitor to the city

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at this Shell station. To say the staff was rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. The store was clearly open in broad daylight, yet the staff insisted I place my order at the night pay counter as if they couldn?t be bothered to do their job properly. The whole situation was absurd and completely unnecessary.
As if that wasn?t bad enough, the cashier had the audacity to charge me not only for the water I ordered but also for my partner's petrol?without even asking! My partner was planning to pay for her petrol separately, but apparently, customer service is a foreign concept here.
When my partner politely asked for a receipt, the cashier was busy scrolling through Instagram on his phone, blatantly ignoring her. This level of disregard and unprofessionalism is shocking. It?s clear that this station is shady and the staff could not care less about their customers.
On top of everything, the place was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the general atmosphere was grimy and unwelcoming. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this Shell station. It?s clear they have zero standards for cleanliness, professionalism, or basic customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Miserable, rude, customer service, because I was dropping off a Yodel Parcel, she scowled at me told me they are not a post office and she has to serve real customers first. Others were saying you can see to this lady, they knew I had been waiting I was there when they came in. (She had already taken my parcel so not like I was able to leave). She said no she can wait! So at this point she was determined to leave me standing as if I did something so horribly wrong and offensive as taking a yodel parcel to a registered yodel drop off. I was in there the other day filling up an SUV, guess where I will not be filling up again! I do not need nasty aggressive people treating me badly for using an advertised service. Don't want yodel customers don't continue as a yodel drop off, its NOT free.
Edit: I noticed some reviews said it was an English woman rude to non English people. This lady was not English but Eastern European sounding, "No! You Wait!" Therefore I believe the issue is with the basic training given, none. All she had to do was say: thats fine all done but she enjoyed the tiny power trip she was on. Either way I have now taken yodel off my delivery options and will not be going in there to fill up.

Absolutely disgraceful manners from the staff today, believe her name was Kerry. I was absolutely shocked with how I was spoken to and other members in the queue were shocked too.I was even engaged in conversation with a peer and Kerry was shouting at me whilst serving other customers. I just think this is an absolutely shocking way to represent the company. When I assisted her with my exchange today, she insisted I was acting in a disrespectful manner. Even after realising this lady may not be having her best day and myself just taking a step back and ignoring the situation. She took it very personal and almost made me feel she was really looking for a tussle. She told me that she will remove me from the store for no good reason and when I asked for her name she said "my manager is behind me". I just feel this is embarrassing for myself and for herself and the company to be acting in such a manner
