Often the price at the pump is 1 or 2p more than the big sign out the front. This has happened a few times and I always bring it up with staff who say it's 'just changed'. Hmm. Seems dodgy to me. Is this legal? Fine garage otherwise.

one of my favourite garages very close to where I live plus the stuff are super friendly good customer service,
always seems to have what I need ,if just popping in for a pint of milk or pastry Plus, I noticed that selling more like eggs

Just wanted to share a great experience I had yesterday at [shell basset]. The customer service was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with the NYC representative I spoke with. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only was the service excellent, but the store was also impeccably clean. I'm definitely coming back!"

Shell - Chilworth Roundabout.This is on my journey path a couple of times every two weeks. The toilet in this petrol station is actually so bad it?s almost funny, it would be funny if I could actually breath - the smell of stale year old urine is so overwhelming I actually try really hard to dehydrate myself so I don?t need to use it. It looks like it?s never once been cleaned. The most horrendous petrol station toilet experience ?

Staff are nice and polite but their Costa machine doesn't give enough coffee ,I told them many time to call Costa to come and service the machine and readjust them but I think their manager team doesn't care ,When you pay £3.30 you need to get full cup of coffee not 3/4 cup

Work in the local area. Travel all the way from south London. Went into the station today ?Neil? great customer service. It was the little things that made the experience good.?Red bull?The lady on the till, excellent aswell very friendly and good chat while being served.Excellent service the both of them?

The nicest, most cheerful man just served me, here at the fuel station. I didn?t buy fuel - just provisions so I was in an out in a blink of an eye - yet this chap whose name I didn?t read (wish I had) was sooo friendly - smiling, helping me with what I needed - commented on the fact that it is ?rain, rain, rain? just now (with a cheerful grin as he spoke) and truthfully, simply brightened my speedy visit on a miserable night !It was 18:16 tonight, Mon 31/10 (my receipt tells me) and I must mention it!
