Had a fat free yogurt with Reece's cups, it was amazing!!! The guy serving was lovely and very helpful as it was my first time there :)

This has been around for years. Good variety of ingredients but it can cost a lot extra if you want to mix ingredients and don't follow the menu. Get a smaller cup as it is quite sickly. Chocolate and cherry still sadly not a menu item and costs extra to make.

I had taken my neice for a treat at shakeaway, i ordered a malteaser and i saw the lady serving write the wrong chocolate down. I corrected her but i ordered malteaser and they had started to make snickers, luckly i saw it and corrected it. But what if she had a nut allergy, and the lady serving (red head with glasses) just brushed it of as there coudnt have been serious consiquences. Overall not happy with the service given

After my dissatisfaction with shakeaway at Winchester, I was hoping this one would still be OK. It's not. No frozen yogurt, no fruits, only one guy serving who needs to learn customer service. No more shakeaway for me.

Got served by staff member named Josh. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. The shake was not at all good but what made my experience even worse was the behavior of the staff. No please no thank you. Very disappointed.

Worst attempt of a milkshake I?ve ever seen. Also overcharged because employees can?t do simple maths. I?d rather go back for a drink with Jeffrey Dahmer at least then Il get a decent drink that?s mixed well.

Tried this place for the first time. Very disappointed took my order and waited 15 minutes for the guy to make my shake . He just kept taking other customers orders. I had say I am on my lunch break and have no time for this. I will not return. Shake was ok not worth the money or the wait.

Waited like 15 minutes for my drink which they made me pay for then said they couldn't make it so I had to change my order then when I get it it has no flavour what so ever. You'd think a strawberry and raspberry milkshake would taste of strawberries and raspberries but all I got was a mouthful of seeds. Do not reccomend
