As a trade customer, I have had to stop using Selco Southampton because of their non existent delivery policy, when making an order at Southampton Branch you are really partaking in a lottery as to whether you actually receiving a delivery? In all of my attempts at ordering from this branch making deliveries as clear as possible , I have only received 50% of deliveries . Not good enough for the trade to use !
I am using other suppliers now.

Access via porcelanosa turn then right again n immediate left into hgv access lane .. dont go in to main gate. Can take a while to tip if trucks in front of you.

Torus architrave in stock, apparently 80. Went to collect only to find zero. Asked a member of staff, and they agreed their stock was incorrect. Complete waste of a 1 hour round trip

Great local builders yard for all building products and timber,osb,mastics,some roofing products...opens early weekdays so great for builders who want to get their materials and get to work...friendly,helpful staff,and their delivery service has improved also

Order placed, missed emails from myself however David noyce (Southampton branch) helped me out massively and managed to arrange new delivery for the next day, huge help, please recognise this guy for his great work and extremely polite manner.
