probably the friendliest branch in Hampshire, idk if I just popped in on a particularly pleasant day, but everyone seemed to be having a great time! it's always a boost when you've popped out to buy a replacement to something you just broke, and the chap behind the counter is cheery and helpful
they gave me a few options of things to buy, one I could get immediately, or one I'd have to wait for
as well as the knowledge the one with wait isn't in stock at nearby branches, lest I wanted to have a wee pootle in the van

Awful experience, avoid. Drive the extra 5 minutes to City Industrial Park. I did and got way better service.

Service great as always but this time the goods are damaged. Bought 2 radiators and paid a plumber to fit. When unpacking both items have dents. Plumber said he could come back if i got them changed but would charge another day's Labour at the cost of £200. I simply got him to fit the damaged ones as coming back was not an option. Very disappointed Screwfix time to get back to where you were and with Toolstation now across the road i have options.

Who ever wrote this review claiming their racist needs to take a look at themselves.
I've never had any issues here, everyone is so helpful, considerate and takes their time to find exactly what I need.
The whole team are a credit to Screwfix and to their manager.

Good experience except for road access and limited parking. Getting out into traffic is a nightmare.
For my experience I park in the carparks behind off Auckland Road and walk around.

Much better off using the other local branches. The new one by dock gate 10 is great. Had the weirdest interaction with Malc here today who is rude, completely unaware of Screwfix policies and wouldn?t let me in the trade side despite having served me there most days for nearly a year. (To confirm I do have a trade registration with Screwfix) A complete clown.

Is the product "Critical Injury Kit by company wallace cameron, product code 1020241. Containing 10 Pieces. available to pick up in store the same day, or do I need to come back a day later to pick up? I don't buy anything online, and asking a question on the website didn't provide any help

Popped into Southampton Millbrook on Sunday 17th March around 1pm ish. The duty manager was extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.
Most probably my best shopping experience in any Screwfix.
*Edit. Just read a previous review. The store was not closed. He was clearly at the side door Which is closed on weekends as it is for Plumbers and Electrician only. There is even a huge sign next to it in his photo. You can even see somone walking out of the entrance.
Maybe he should have gone to Specsavers and not Screwfix.

An absolute disaster. The manager (welsh guy) sets a shocking standard. Its clear to see why only a few of the staff have any interest. Use portswood store they are lightyears ahead. Or even bittern who are almost as good.

Tallish lady working 22/09 around 4pm was amazing. Came in the store with half knowledge about the thing i wanted but she bought out and opened boxes to show us what we needed. In the end she recommend something that we really needed, extremely knowledgeable.
