Came looking for a ?chunky? boots for preteen daughter and couldn?t have been more satisfied with great customer service from Mustafa, who measured her feet and made the shopping experience easy and stress free. Daughter couldn?t be happier as the shoes look good with jeans and feels comfortable. Also, they accept the One4all gift card, which was a bonus.

I went in 30 mins before closing because I needed new shoes urgently. To my surprise everyone was really sweet and helpful even though the place was really busy! I would gladly come back

Rubie was very helpful and knowledgeable in advising what size would be best in the Crocs as the material is different to regular shoes. A great asset to the store!

I went into store to buy some platform converse, I wore them literally once the next day and they broke, took them back into store and the staff were super helpful and exchanged them for me, the same thing happened again so I went back into store and again the staff were so understanding and recommended some other trainers for me to try instead and they have lasted really well and have been great. Thank you to the lovely staff who helped me.
