I came into the store and was greeted with a big welcoming smile. I spoke to 2 extremely helpful women,lottie and Justina. Lottie took the time to explain how the product work and justina helped me pick the right dye for my hair she pulled out samples and everything! They were so nice and I had an amazing first experience...

I’ve always had a positive experience when I come here. The staff are super friendly and really helpful and I like that I can go in and know I’ll get help with where things are etc?
