Rude staff and long wait for staff on self scan

very busy store. They dont have much of a "home" selection. No DVDs ..random books... small toy selection...same with clothes ..mainly womens clothing that are over priced. The staff are always moaning or swearing. On one occasion i used the nectar scanning machines and went through the easy check out and was made to feel like a thief by a woman ( face full of make up but older woman) because i scanned one thing multiple times instead of individually .. she took me to a till and scanned all my items again and was whispering to the cashier and staring at me. no need whatsoever

Very convenient being not to far away, most goods value for money and pleasant Staff... 2 years later the Prices have risen a lot quicker than anyone's income, when will it stop?!
