The day before yesterday 23.06.2025 I placed an order 613002681 for the amount of £39.73, which did not reach me. I am very angry because this is not the first time I have been scammed. I want a refund as soon as possible. I do not know if I will ever use your services again, because you are unscrupulous, slow and it is difficult to contact you, I try all the time, but you reply that such an order does not exist. It is terrifying how you treat the consumer. I expect a quick intervention and response.

As a shop exactly as you need, got all you would want for a daily shop and more for a weekly one.
The staff, above and beyond, lost my keys asked them to keep an eye out. With 10 minutes, they had found them and returned, made my day. Massive thank you to the team!

Just placed an order on just eat app 8.55 pm they close at 10pm so they waited until 10pm to cancel my order and go home! Great staff they probably thought only an hour left I can?t be bothered ?????

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews here about the staff, the people outside - which has nothing to do with the store.
?If you can?t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen?
There is no such thing as a perfect experience as not everyone has the same opinion.
See the store for what it is. Conveniently placed in the area for getting the things you need. The prices are going up everywhere due to the national economic situation. It?s in the News!
So, grab what you need and walk out with a smile on your face and change your mind about being so grumpy. Have a nice day!

Very overpriced on most items although they have a great way to get you to stop smoking as it costs me £4 per pack more here than anywhere else. Fake homeless constantly outside. With cheaper shops in the area selling more things its just not worth the effort of ever going back.

Don?t order through uber to this shop , they take your money and give the uber driver the wrong customers items . Then you never receive your order and your £20 out of pocket , they don?t answer the phone either !! Disgusting

Literally the worst of the UK supermarkets, why is it they always employ old, grumpy, miserable people? Why do they never stock their shelves? Why am I paying 20-50p more for things than any other shops? Why is there always a smack head outside begging for coins, making the place stick of crack? Just go Tesco or Co Op. #SainsosIsDead

It?s an alright store but it is vastly overshadowed by the fake homeless scammers that harass customers and appear to gather there everyday.

This store was good a couple of years ago, but since then has deteriorated in various ways. Staff are unfriendly and mostly unhelpful, product choice has become worse, all pastries are half cooked, the coffee machine is not looked after properly.A couple of the staff who have been there for some time are friendly but the rest could use a course in customer service. Please improve and bring the store back to the quality it once had.
