no parking and only open for 2 hours a day most days

No parking, don?t use adjacent Doctors car park as number plate recognition. Have to park in Brook Lane, near-side only causing traffic build up. Limited opening hours not convenient for working, suggest re delivery option. Staff friendly, access to service abysmal Royal Mail.

1st time I tried to drop in a parcel that could not be delivered to a post office, I was told to take it to the post office. They refused to accept it. I lost 2 hours of my working day, gave up I got refunded and then used DPD.Just dropped of a parcel, guaranteed next day insured value 500 pounds and they would not give me proof of postage. I wish I used DX or somebody. This had to catch a flight so I had no choice but take the risk as Id run out of time. Not using Royal mail again

Please Royal Mail could you do something about the collection facility at Sarisbury Green. It is only open in very limited periods during the week, there is no parking at all and nowhere in the local vicinity and certainly for myself in Netley Abbey it is inconvenient to get to. When you get there it is far from a happy customer experience too. I dread going there and even when trying to use the redelivery services they don't always work.

Absolute joke, had so many problems this year, never receive my post until gone 9pm, I had problems with a delivery back in August and today someone put a card through the door and never knocked and know can't get my parcel until Wednesday and even then I can because I work during the perfectic hours the office opens. I get we are we are in a pandemic and times have changed but the service you offer is ridiculous

Update you're opening hours on the website please!! Only open 8am till 10 and not until 5pm like stated!! FrustratingWhy only open for two hours? How are people supposed to pick up parcels that work normal jobs within these hours??

Very limited opening hours, absolutely no place to park as it has no parking for customers and all the streets around it are double yellow lines.Very poor choice of location and infrastructure for the unfortunate customers who are forced to go there

Absolutely awfull. Would give 0 score if possible. Missed delivery card put through letterbox with an unrecognised reference number so could not arrange redelivery. Very limited opening times at depot. Cannot get through on phone to customer service. Appalling service!!!!

All the staff are so lovely everytime I have to go collect a parcel. Could not praise enough.

They work their poor lil red socks off.I visited end of July2020 to collect a parcel. Lots of posters to read on arrival, as you can imagine. Great service as always.Don't forget to take your red/grey card, ID and manners when collecting a parcel.Note: I have common sense so I walked to the office, because there isn't any chance of parking and there hasn't been for YEARS now. If you wish to drive there, park at the Royal British Legion at the top of Brook Lane and take a 1min walk to the office. Don't park outside the office/on the corner of Brook Lane/at the doctor's next door, then write a horrid review on Google because you parked irresponsibly and got a fine...Royal Mail: 5*Irresponsible Drivers: 1*

Nightmare. So unflexible, they don't knock the door and they assume no one available so they always leave the red card, also they don't try to drop item next door, they are not reliable, not good service as used have in the past

So hard.to park and get in here it's pointless even having it. 5 time I had to go before I got my item

Ridiculous having a collection office when you can't park legally anywhere near it, they stopped customers entering the yard a couple of years ago now you have to park on yellow lines and take a risk or half a mile away is the nearest public car park. Probably take someone with you and drop them off so they can get your parcel and then drive back round and pick them up.

friendly staff and quick service. never anywhere to park though

I don't think that Royal Mail should be able to run a collection service from this location as there is literally nowhere to park. They suggest you park out on a busy main road but this causes long tailbacks. I hate getting a collection card from them as I know it will be very stressful trying to actually get in there.
