We have been very satisfied with the letting management service at Robinson Reade. Emma MacGregor is a complete professional and we have great faith in her advice and judgment. Any queries receive a rapid response and we receive sound and experienced advice regarding works required. The routine administration is very efficient and we have been particularly impressed by the speed of response in the face of any emerging issues, keeping a fair balance between our interests and those of the tenants. We wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this service.

Overall a good experience. I have corresponded mainly with Emma. Generally I was happy with how she kept me up to date on developments for my tenancy application as well as progressing the contracts and managing any IT glitches that arose in my case. I particularly appreciated the box of goodies for my move in day!One item that could be improved for me was the referencing procedures Robinson Reade have in place. Many corporate employers don?t do signed employment references (just standard automated ones) and thus I didn?t ?pass? the check here; adjustments should in my view be allowed for this. Additionally it was unsettling at the time to be informed that my reference didn?t meet requirements without providing any further context as to reasons why in the first instance.Aside from that one issue I was satisfied with this estate agent and would be happy to correspond with them again on future tenancy matters.

We've used Robinson Reade (more specifically Emma MacGregor) for a number of years now with several of our rental properties. I can't recommend Emma's service enough. She's super knowledgeable, responds quickly and gives you peace of mind that you're in very capable hands. A complete professional. Anytime we've had a vacant property, Emma has filled it quicker than expected and often with an increased rental income. Anything we need to complete is fully explained to us in terms we understand and we're grateful to have Emma as a contact making potentially stressful situations very easy. Thanks Emma!

Huge thanks to Emma in sales and Donetta who managed the sale. I can't recommend Robinson Reade highly enough. I viewed a lot of properties with other agents and they were next to useless. Turning up without keys, not having any of the information I needed. I'm not sure how you can sell a property without knowing basic details like parking and service charges. But Robinson Reade were a breath of fresh air, they actually called me immediately when a property I was interested in became available (I had contacted them only once and left my details with them months before). Emma was at the property for the viewing early to greet me, I had a lot of questions and she had ALL the answers. Prepared in every way. Thats how you sell a property. Once an offer had been accepted, Donetta arranged everything, sorted all of the paperwork, explained everything very clearly and made sure myself and the vendor knew exactly what was happening, and when. Communication and customer service were perfect. I never had to chase Robinson Reade to do anything, they were always on top of everything, from first contact to handing over the keys. If you have a property to sell - choose Robinson Reade. If you are looking to buy, you better hope the seller of your dream home chose Robinson Reade :)

We have known about Robinson Reade for a while now, and decided to use them to sell our property.We loved the video of the property, created by Jane.Every action done by RR has been done with a jovial and friendly attitude.When a problem occurred further back in the chain, I visited the main branch to find Donetta actually on the phone, trying to chase up various people, to gain a resolution to the issue.Nothing has been too much trouble for them!

Changed my original review as when I called and spoke to Doneta, she was MOST helpful and a delight to speak to and took down information to pass on to an agent. I received a call from Emma and then was shown a property by the Emma who deals with Lettings and she was very good. I was handed a brochure that had great information. I have found Robinson Reade to be very professional. I would recommend them.

We decided to try Robinson reade , As after going in to see them for advice they were totally honest with us , we have been trying to sell our house for a while with other agents and have been very disheartened. Although it?s not yet sold we feel we will now continue to get honesty .

Exceptional service from start to finish. All who dealt with my case were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Whenever I visited their branch there was a warm, friendly atmosphere. My initial contact was with Emma who was quick and professional in their communication, followed by Sharyn who showed me around the property and made me feel at ease and comfortable, offering all the information I asked for. As the process went on I was mainly in contact with Jane, and in particular, Donetta. Both of whom were extremely helpful and competent, and where my solicitor failed, Donetta stepped in to put my mind at rest and to offer all the information that was available, and to help me with a detailed, step by step walkthrough of stressful parts of the sale, accompanied by a brilliant sense of humour. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, none of which come close to the level of service I received here. Thank you all very much
