Really enjoyed my experience while shopping here. I asked the young lady working here about a purse to match a bag I had purchased. Sadly the purse had sold out and she even went out of her way to look on their website for me. She was helpful to point me to another that would go with the bag. Service here is always friendly and they're always willing to go that extra mile if you ask for assistance.

By far this store has great customer service, my husband and I went looking for some jeans and Layla helped me pick 5, Kat helped with other clothing and accessories. Left the store feeling confident and extremely happy. Thank you Layla, Kat & Zoe for taking care of us ????

The shop is pretty much good,and i absolutely love the design of clothes in here,but its really expensive. Its understandable why,because its made out if natural products.
I recommend you to turn on some songs like: "Loop" by Yves; "Not Shy" by Itzy; the whole album "With You-th" by Twice; the whole album "Loossemble" by Loossemble, this songs suit this shop in my opinion,quite same vibes:)
I'd be really grateful if you will really play those songs, thank you!!

During my last visit to the River Island store, I was really pleasantly surprised. The store offers a wide selection of clothing that combines the latest trends with classic elegance. What particularly caught my attention was the variety of styles - from casual blouses and trousers to elegant dresses and suits. The collections are regularly updated, which makes each visit to the store an opportunity to discover something new. Prices are competitive and the quality of the clothes is very good for the price. I especially like that River Island offers clothing for all ages, making it a great place to shop for the whole family. The customer service is also commendable. The staff were helpful and courteous, offering assistance with sizing and styling. The fitting rooms are spacious and clean, making the process of trying on clothes much easier. Overall, River Island is a great place to shop for anyone who values ??fashion and value for money. I will definitely come back here regularly for new clothes and I recommend this store to anyone looking for fresh fashion inspiration.

Came to this river island to pick up and order and the girl who served me was nice, quick and efficient! River Island is one of my favourite stores to shop from, as it?s affordable, student friendly and such high quality!The aesthetics, the quality of the clothing is through the roof and don?t even get me started on the bags (as I have 5 now and going to add more to my collection), the shop has some of the best affordable and nice looking bags on the high streetDefinitely a loyal customer for life!

Quite expensive for what it is. Younger people have Primark to compare with and although clothes are nice design the fabrics aren't up too the prices they charge.
