I was there recently and their fitting room attendant tried to falsely accuse me of taking an extra item into the fitting room even though their own system showed otherwise, she refused to apologise after the error was clarified, I asked to see the the manager who tried to gaslight and downplay the matter as a ?mistake?. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Not worth it.

Some clothing are in good condition and quality.
It is quite big to navigate and has plenty of choices. However, prices may vary but I find it tad expensive,not unreasonable though.Also,some tags does not define the size and could be inaccurate.
Double checking is a good idea.
Queues are totally long on a busy time and day. Don't bother coming here if you are impatient.
At least staff can handle this as mature as possible. Didn't get a reciept,kind of weird because then you can't return your stuff.I always make sure is the one I want for certain.
I don't get the hype to be honest but is a nice branch.

Good value-for-money but always incredibly busy regardless of day or time. The sheer volume of people can make it difficult to browse, so have a think about the items you'd like to buy before going in.

Reasonable choice and good price but the queues ruin every visit. Only ever half the tills open on each floor and no self service/scan as you go. Makes visiting unbearable

I love this place. There are so many bargain clothes to choose from. Most of the clothes are not the best quality but I always find a hidden gem. Some items are very cheap and of good quality. 3 floors to search, so prepare to spend los of hours in there.

i do love primark always been my go to, however its gone down hill a bit lately, staff getting a bit rude (however ive heard some conversations between rude customers and staff so can understand their frustration with the customers) the queues have always been long but staff are friendly explaining the need to keep the receipt etc and working quickly as they can at the till to conquer busy times and long queues. sizes are the down point. i bought a skirt the other day and needed a size 4 but bought a pair of trousers at the same time and was a size 10? how do they vary so much it is super hard to just pop in and grab something as i have to try everything on first with my condition it is absolutely exhausting and makes it not worth it. prices have skyrocketed lately too, they sell long winter coats for between £40 and £60, i bought mine in H&M for £49 for MUCH better quality and durability.
