Although the rooms etc were really good, this is a review due to the lack of sleep caused by a constant banging noise occurring every 14 seconds, this was a low level thud, mechanical id say due to the consistency, sounded as though it was somewhere nearby hotel.
The heating control didn't work so cold room all night, bits of paper under bed, and water from kettle in the tray it was sitting in!!! (Kettle usually emptied when room cleaned)
