The 'aircon' Is absolutely shit. Ask them to turn it down from 21° to 16 it was joke. Just deal with the hot weather garnered st good night sleep. No way to save 20p on the electric bill

Great Location.
Good Food.
Comfortable quiet rooms, although in need of a refresh.
Auto check in screens all out of order on my 2 recent visits, so had to wait to check in with a human!

I have to say room was good, as per normal. Staffing was clearly lacking. Very rushed check in, almost manic. Very disappointed that when we arrived we could not book a table for food, due to a large party booking - staff didn't seem able to cope with this. (Disappointing as had 2 grandchildren with us and they didn't even offer to supply food for them) Could I have pre- booked - yes but I didn't, due to unknown arrival time. Could I have ordered and sat in the bar area - no they don't do this here, despite having been offered this at other venues. Harvester down the road for 6 people, it was then. Unless I was flying out of the airport, I would be reluctant to stay here again, due to disorganisation and inability to cope.

What can I say? All the staff were absolute sweethearts! Lucas had a room made for us so we could check in at 9am after a long haul flight and even gave us some shortbread! The housekeeping staff were helpful and kind, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The signage at the door displaying pride flags and the sunflower symbol were also lovely. I honestly felt a little sad to leave even though we were only there for the day! Premier inn, you?ve got a good one here!!

This hotel is ideally located for Southampton Airport, the railway station, the M27, and the M3. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the staff friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I found noise in this hotel to be a bit of an issue. The airport brings noise at the front of the building, and the M3 at the rear. Furthermore, the room I was allocated (301) was right by two doors which were constantly slamming, and a squeaky bit of floor which was frequently walked over. The rooms are not well sound proofed for the internal or the external noise. But, for a one night stay before a cruise, this hotel was fine and there is a bus from outside which runs direct to Ocean Cruise Terminal.

The rooms are comfortable and, for a budget friendly hotel, relatively spacious. The staff are friendly.
The positives stop there unfortunately. Service in the bar and restaurant were glacially slow, and I often had to repeat my order at the bar especially to ensure we were served the correct drinks.
The restaurant had run out of several popular items right at the beginning of a bank holiday weekend, which meant choice was limited. We ate there only one night because of this. The bar ran out of vodka and half of the beer choices too, which suggests someone isn't doing their job very well.
With some very basic management improvements this could be a comfortable place to stay, and is particularly convenient for the airport. However, this experience has put us off and we won't be back in a hurry.

Truly awful. Noisy most of the night with cars trying to park, car alarms going off, inconsiderate people banging and crashing around until gone 2am or talking outside while having a cigarette. Probably quieter around the back of the hotel but I would have been better off sleeping in the car.....which I seriously considered.
1 star for room cleanliness and comfy bed. Just wish I could have enjoyed it more.

Clean and comfortable with only basic equipment, not extra. The washbasin is very small but bath tub very big. Good point is that the water runs very fast so the bath tub can be filled up very quickly. Breakfast is nice with cozy ambiance. Fruits are fresh. The pancakes are unfortunately very dry but the cappuccino from the coffee machine is surprising with the real milk foam.

Close to the airport, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is good.
I found the hotel to be great value for money.
