Closes at 9pm. Denied entry at 7:30 . People still in there shopping. Rude security guard didn't even give a reason just said no.

I visit here often but i find that they always seem to be putting stock out at all hours and the comp cages block the aisles i dont always get what i went in for because i cant get to those items. And depending on the staff member its too much for them to move the cage for me so i dont ask now. They play over the radio please be nice to our colleagues well colleagues shouldnt be rude to customers when they ask for help eother. Its not all the time but it is certain staff members. They always seem to be angry. It works both ways.

my daughter followed around the toy bit to be asked where's your mum to approach me at the till after buying and asking to see my receipt and look in bag... never got a apology or anything...

Always has huge queues but Noone on checkouts and only half the self service scanners working/ turned on.lets be honest nothing is even a pound or that great value

Incapable of opening on time. Maybe hire a manger who is capable of getting your shop in order for your customers at the correct time. Multiple days over the last week you have been late opening by over 30mins. Not the right way to run a business
