I never expected to find such delicious handcrafted pizza inside the West Quay shopping centre! Their Christmas Feast Pizza ?was a delightful surprise?featuring turkey, sage, spinach, garlic, tomato, mozzarella, Gran Milano cheese, and cranberry sauce. The combination was so unique, with layers of rich and festive flavours!
The Spicy Pollo & Chorizo ?was another highlight, with chicken, spicy sausage, tomato, garlic, and Gran Milano cheese. It had a slight kick of heat, but the taste was absolutely incredible!
Also, there are nice environment and good service!
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for flavourful, well-crafted pizzas in Southampton, especially when you're tired from shopping at West Quay and want to eat something?

I recently dined at Pizza Express in West Quay and had a fantastic experience! With only an hour to spare, I was impressed by how quick and accommodating the staff were. The customer service was truly 5-star, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit.
The quality of the food was equally outstanding. Every bite was delicious, and it was clear that they take pride in their food. I always enjoy going to Pizza Express, and this visit was no exception. I?ll definitely be back again, just like always! Highly recommend!

Went to dine in, we waited 15 minutes to be seated as the waiter forgot about us. Then when seated no one acknowledged us or came to take our order. Me and my mum waited another 15-20minutes trying to get staff attention. It was incredibly disrespectful. We ended up leaving without even ordering, nor speaking to a member of staff. Will not be going here ever again - and do not recommend especially for people of colour, as for some bizarre reason staff did not see us.

I took my dog in, as west quay allow dogs but pizza express doesn?t which is fair enough. Their staff was very friendly still and tried to help me out on ordering , I had a child and they gave out colouring stuff and tried to entertain my kid while I was placing an order . Maddy ? She was the most helpful and nice lady ! Well done and good work ?? will come again £

Our first meal out as a family, our daughter is 10 months and the service we received was amazing. They provided us with a highchair and colouring, it was a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere which definitely made us feel at ease. Our daughter loved the Bolognese and even though made a little mess we weren't made to feel bad and the staff were more than happy to clean it up. Would recommend any young family to visit and enjoy a meal out together!

Great staff, lovely food and good offers too. I would definitely recommend. Service was fast and the staff were very helpful too. Only reason I gave four stars for atmosphere was because it is in a shopping centre.

Visited today with my international student friend from University. Waiter mocked my friend?s accent and her attempt to request for condiments. Incredibly unprofessional and left my friend feeling humiliated and upset. This is the first time she had eaten out in southampton since she moved over. The lack of accommodation from the staff is appalling and offensive. Please educate your ignorant staff?

We went in for a late lunch and they were clearly short staffed and quite busy. We were served by a young girl (Maddie I think). She was lovely and clearly working very hard. The food was great too.

Got served by an older member of staff with black hair and a black beard who was so horrendously rude to us. He never smiled once.
Made us order all starters drinks and main meals at once putting us all on the spot. We asked for water as a table of 4 and got the same amount of water as a table for 2 did. Never asked how the food was, working in hospitality myself this is all just a given. There was no care from the point of ordering onwards. When it came to paying the bill we were using vouchers, and he scanned them all claiming none of them worked and said declined in a harsh manner every time, however we told him they were new vouchers from that morning, and then a much nicer lady working came over to assist him, and suddenly they all worked, no apology given for the stress.
This was a table of young girls with no ill intent trying to celebrate a birthday, we chose pizza express as we thought they would provide us good service, very disappointed.
