I have life saving medical drinks called Fortijuce. Each month this pharmacy creates difficulties with delivering my drinks. I have made a complaint. They make excuses as to why their driver cannot deliver. I think they just do not like handing the heavy boxes.

Been collecting a regular prescription from this pharmacy a few times on and off since January and never had any problems, staff were always helpful and proficient. Went in last Wednesday for the same prescription and was told to come back Thursday to collect. Come Thursday they told me they didn?t even order it because they didn?t have the dose that was written on my prescription (40mg) but I usually collect it as 20mg (2 x 20). I told them this and they said I?d have to come back after the Bank Holiday on Tuesday which is the day my prescription runs out. I go in on Tuesday and they make me wait for 25 minutes then eventually tell me they can?t give me the prescription because it?s expired nor could they ever have given me the 2 x 20 that I usually get from there because it?s illegal apparently. All information they could and should have told me nearly a week ago. By the time I am able to get a new prescription because their ineptitude has made me wait so long, I will have been off my medication for a week. I am now being charged £60 for a new prescription which is the fault of their astounding incompetence and unprofessionalism. Never going back and don?t recommend anyone else does.

Perscriptions have always been ready on time, and the staff have been really helpful when I've been looking for things- even showing me more affordable options than what I thought I needed.

New location. Very nice, clean and bright, with a huge choice of items that ate normally available in chemists. Much better than the previous location. Great service too! Explains everything with a smile and enthusiastically.

Very bad attitude and questionable proficiency. Went first with inflammation. Doctor in pharmacy said it is a fungi after a very long examination, and sold anti-fungal spray, which didn't work. At another pharmacy and in GP everyone told me that this is eczema, which turned out to be true, because ani-eczema spray worked.During the collection of prescription the same man was quite rude with my wife because of her non-confident English.Do not recommend, use a better pharmacy, which is a few minutes down on Portswood road.

If I could give a zero stars I would as I went in to the store this morning to collect a prescription which I was told a fortnight ago they didn't have only to find they did have it and was given attitude by the pharmacist for not collecting earlier even though I tried will not be using again totally disappointed

This has been my regular chemist for years now . They deliver my prescriptions to me .Occasional I have had a problem but mostly reliable and delivery prompt .Wendy was a wonderful assistant there for years so helpful . She has now left there which is a shame .I have dealt with another lady in there who was very nice .I have only good things to say about this chemist .

Went in there to pick up my prescription and was told that they can?t give it to me because the pharmacist is at lunch. There?s no sign on the door or on google maps to say that there?s a certain time of day when you cannot pick up your prescriptions. Also had issues earlier on in the year when face masks were no longer mandatory according to the government guidelines and a staff member in there insisted that I needed to put one on otherwise I wouldn?t be allowed in? I feel like they just make up their own rules and guidelines according to how they please?

Very rude and poor service from the pharmacist today. I called on (5/04/22) to ask the pharmacist a question about 2 medicines which I was given by my GP. I was not a patient who uses this pharmacy - and the pharmacist initially shouted abruptly down the phone that he could not help me because he does not have access my records. I then told him that he didn't need to have access to my medication record and I proceeded with asking my question. He then "sighed" down the phone over and over again - and without answering my question, he put down the phone. Very very rude! - Should he really be working in such a role? Disgusting - I hope Pharmacy Direct take action, if not, I promise I will take this further!UPDATE - poor response from Pharmacy Direct. The pharmacist shouted at me and told me that he couldn't do anything for me, EVEN BEFORE I ASKED THE QUESTION! If he had just listened to me, he would have realised that he didn't need access to my medication record to answer my question!!! - I will avoid all Pharmacy Direct branches and I advise others to do the same
