Outstanding Customer Service ? Thank You Bryony!
I had a few issues with a recent Click & Collect order at Pets at Home Shirley, but I have to say the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. The deputy store manager, Bryony, went above and beyond to help me, and her customer service was absolutely exceptional.
Not only did she take the time to sort out all the problems with my order quickly and professionally, but she also went the extra mile to talk me through the different brands of dog food. She gave me some fantastic advice and helped me choose the best option for my dog ? something I really appreciated.
Bryony made me feel like a truly valued customer, and it?s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. A huge thank you to her for being an absolute star ? I?ll definitely be returning thanks to her brilliant service!

I bought some apparatus for my cat and the girl at the counter said I could have it assembled for free if I needed. Very good service. Prices a little high but plenty of choice.
Usually plenty of free parking, but don't go around 4.30 - 5.30 because the traffic in Winchester Road is horrific.

Friendly staff and a wide range of items. I only knocked a star off as I don?t feel their hamsters looked very happy. I hope I?m wrong but one spent the whole time we were there in the same spot scratching at the glass. It didn?t seem normal to me.

Went there for our lovely birds to be seen by Dr. Dr checked them with care.it was very helpful. This place is fun to visit anyway. They have fish, rabbits etc. Staff is helpful.
