Knew exactly what I wanted when I came in and a lovely lady called Jodie in the west quay store helped me out today, very polite, made me feel comfortable and was very talkative with me. People like Jodie make me feel less anxious about shopping on my own :) x

I was in pandora yesterday purchasing a gifti was approached by an assistant Lilly asking if I would like some help she was very polite extremely knowledgeable totally professional with a smile and very helpful after the sale I went back and purchased a second item which I wanted engraved and added to the first item that I purchased she done this with great professionalism also with a smile this is true customer service and would shop there in a heartbeat well done Lilly for doing a great job

Went to go in and there was a queuing system?! So I didn?t bother. Shame really but so not for me to go into a shop that has cordons & queues just to go in!

Lovely clean bright shop ..but hell the queue at Christmas was mental ..45 mins to get in the door and the same to actually see someone..though the girl I dealt with was lovely.

Long queues inside the shop to get served. We were led to believe that someone would be with us in 5 - 10 minutes, but it was over 20 minutes. Not helped by three of the staff talking to each other in the middle of the shop. It was a Saturday and very busy.

went to pandora southampton. too many customers waiting for too little staff. one way system working for customers so you had to wait in line. a lady asked if she could help, I assume the manager, and when I said I wanted a charm she said they had lots in stock. would have been nice if she had got it. just had to wait another 20 minutes. the staff were very good when dealing with us. can not moan about customer service. just need to make the experience shorter for the poor suffering customer.

i was incredibly anxious about coming into this store. i knew absolutely nothing and was struggling to figure out what to do with the engraving machine. Sophia helped me through every step, and gave amazing recommendations. she made the entire experience smooth and personal. will 100% be coming back!

Always had excellent service here. Today was no exception, I was served by Henna, who helped me exchange a Christmas gift for my daughter. Full of useful information on sizing and other extras, I didn?t buy everything she suggested but they are things I am considering and wouldn?t know about if she hadn?t mentioned them. Thank you, I will definitely be back soon.

I was served by Shania and she was absolutely amazing!! I never really know what I want but she did such a good job at helping me and my mum. She was lovely and so sweet! Definitely recommend!!

I was served by Jimmi yesterday in store, he was so helpful and lovely, helped me pick out the perfect gift for my mum and sister. He went through loads of different options for me to help find me my favourite. He was so patient and kind!

I always have SUCH an amazing time and experience in this branch. My Nan especially loves pandora and can be quite indecisive at times but everybody in there is always super patient and helpful. As someone that works in retail it's really lovely to be on the recieving end of that lovely customer service. Thank you so much for always making my experience lovely <3
