Decent little store with most of the essentials you?re looking for.Though, when I popped in recently, I was served by Eileen- a lady with a face like a slapped bottom, who?s essentially just Old-Rose from the Titanic, but without the glamorous backstory, priceless diamond necklace or intimate knowledge of Leonardo DiCaprio.I thought at first that she was just having a bad day- which I hate to see, but when I tried to lighten the mood by making a joke about the cheesecake and wine I was buying, she didn?t so much as crack a smile; instead, her eyes bore into my soul as she proceeded to look at me like I?d just taken an unexpected dump in the bagging area.I hurriedly paid and left the store, scarred by what can only be described as a ?nightmarish experience?.5/5 for stock, but 1/5 for Eileen. However, at least if she snuffs it anytime soon, there?s room for her in the freezer, next to the Ice-Pops and Chicago Town mini pizzas.

Been a customer here since 2015. It is a really good shop, a little overpriced but that's expected from a shop that needs to pay their employees. They have a vast selection of items ranging from Alcohol, to Salads, Chicken, Crisps, Chocolate. You name it, they got it. Overall it's really good but overpriced a little too much for me

Extremely disappointing customer service from colleague Gemma.Very aggressive towards customers even if you have been regularly using them for years. Little to zero effort or acknowledgment. I believe she is a ?shift leader? which is concerning her customer service skills need reviewing with immediate attention. SMH!!!

Don't bother useing the self service till, the staff ignore the Assistance required notice despite 3 members of staff literally around it having a personal conversation then walking off without clearing the fault.I usually avoid this store because of the bad staff and unreliable opening times.

Not really happy with this store, some of my things have been substituted without my knowing and instead of substituting chicken with another form of chicken they give me honey roast ham?.witch I can?t eat as I am allergic to honey! I understand if things are not available you let the person know don?t sub it for something the person might not be able to have!

4 times in one year this shop has charged me for items and then refunded me for no reason and I?m no longer able to buy. Serious fault with their system that existed a year ago and they defend it blindly with terrible excuses. No other shop will make you leave feeling robbed.

This is our local shop and although it is always well stocked it is always cluttered at ends of Isles and this makes moving around the narrow Isles differcult forseen and other wheelchair users who rely on accessibility to there local shop for daily basics .some of the older staff are helpful and will move things for you but you as a customer don't want to be reliant on staff to have to move things for you which make you feel awkward and a nuisance..doors on fridges mean I can't open them to buy my groceries from my wheelchair without help either...

I have been a customer of this shop for nearly 7yrs & no matter who is serving it is always a queue, even 30yrs ago, due to the distance between each convenience store it will always have a queue unless One Stop expand & have more staff & tills, 2 tills & minimum staff cannot cover all the community , & the manager has to cover any staff absence,, 2020 has been horrendous & i certainly would not of wanted to work 7days a week putting my health and family at risk , The Owners of the business are responsible for any actions or closures, & how many staff there is allowed ?? They have been robbed, knives in there faces abused verbally, even attacked while trying to open the shop, how they cope is beyond me ?
