After doing 14 days in a row in my job. needed some serious energy after finishing work.. Went into the one stop in Harefield and had really bad customer service to the point of full on rudeness, so went to the one stop in woolston southampton instead in search for either Redbull or the new prime energy drinks not really a fan of monster. The customer service @17.15 on the 11/06/2023 by the lady and bloke that changed over was exceptional. Managed to buy 2 energy drinks plus additional items. Great customer Service. and well trained in hidden disabilities on top.

Store's not as well stocked as it used to be, so often can't get required products. Most of the staff are very friendly.

I do not shop at this store all the time but when I have the staff have been great . But today was a bit disappointing I have a disability which sometime means I need to use a toilet ,I carry a card which says urgent can?t wait . When I ask about using the staff toilet I was told that they do not have toilets staff or public as they only work short shifts and there for do not need them . If true then I feel sorry for you staff .

Wonderful store, friendly staff stocked with most common items.The inside is compacted and is not wheel chair friendly.Limited parking bays directly out side the shop. No disabled parking available.

Previously the Winning Post pub now a local shop. Very useful selling essentials typical of a convenience store. This one does not have Post Office facilities being a smaller location.

Nice staff, if you go regularly you get to know them. Good range of sweets, drinks and most things a shop should have.
