I have been coming to this store for a number of years, today was the last time for the following reasons, you only seem to be open when it suits you, this is not puttkng your customers firstTheres almost never someone at the till, they are happy to leave you standing there waiting for youTheres never anything in stock you actually needToday the staff actually came across as very rude, google states they are open they say "we're shut" and walk off, clearly they dont care, disgusting attitudeClearly the staff here cant be bothered to do their jobs unless it suits them, me and my toddler had to walk to tescos today on reigns, the poor boy is exhausted now, this is the last time i will ever use you guys, honestly the worst shop in the area after 6 years you are losing yourselves a loyal customer who has spent alot of money with you, im done.

I avoid this shop as much as possible because of the rude female staff. They act so irritated by you wanting to buy stuff. I'm not asking to be sucked up to but if you can't even say hello, and blatantly avoid even looking in my general direction, you need a different job.

The shop is good apart from the staff.The male staff are great that?s why I give 2 stars.I don?t see them often. however,there are 2 female staff who are so rude and it feelsLike that they can?t be bothered.I wish this shop will give you itemised receipt.

They never give RECIPT!!!!and many Times THEY MAKE MISTAKE WITH CHANGE!!!! Every single time I shop there, the price at the till is different than the price written at the shelves(higher, obviously!). And they never give receipt even if you ask, they only give the card one, not the one with the product prices on!

The men in the shop are absolutely lovely and smiley, always make an effort to speak to you. The women on the other hand are rude, obnoxious and absolutely miserable!!! Talk about service with a smile. They stand having there own conversations and look at you as if you've wrongly interrupted them when asking for something. Awful customer service.
