Please don't bother....visited empty shop this afternoon to view and purchase new phone. Two staff members doing totally nothing, other than reading their phones. One bloke should get award for most useless staff member. Knew nothing. Showed no interest. Told me phone in stock ,but to return after 1.5 HR because I'm 3 rd in queue in empty shop!!.Never again.Update. Just had reply to above stating sorry not in stock ,purchase from on line store.They cant even read complaints correctly??Give up

What can I say. Just simply bad customer service. Plus you have to make an appointment to be seen. It's a shop not a doctors surgery.

What has happened to your customer service, it's appalling. Today I was served by a lady, I have here name. I also saw her after Christmas with a totally different query. Both times she has such poor customer service.She hasn't any customer care skills whatsoever. I have been with 02 for years, however I will refuse to be subject to her couldn't care less attitude ever again.

A lot of products, but having to make an appointment in the West Quay store to be served is not ideal to me so I prefer to use a local 02 store.

Ridiculous customer service.I called 4445 for an offer that I never got and told me to go to the store. Then the store said that I shouldn?t never have gone there ?

My email address has disappeared from my phone & and I hoped they could help me. Sadly, they don't employ email staff anymore but the member of staff was very helpful.

Bought new phone whilst on holiday in Devon, from O2 shop in Exeter. They were very thorough and helpful and said if any problems with phone when I returned home, to visit local O2 shop. Had a couple of issues so went to the Winchester O2, who were shut - on a Thursday! So, thought I?d try O2 in Southampton instead. Mistake, they didn?t want to know; complete disinterest. They suggested I visit the nearby Apple Store. I did so, and Apple staff couldn?t have been more helpful and sorted out the issues with my new phone. Looking at other reviews here, it seems the Southampton O2 Shop has issues that need sorting out.

Absolutely shocking service we went in there to pre order a phone, and was told it would take two and a half hours to be seen which it did.Then today we had a message to say it was ready to be picked up so we called to make sure we wouldn?t have the same sort of wait which they told us we wouldn?t. When we got there we were told they couldn?t give us the phone as there system was down which after calling O2 we found out was a lie.

What is the point in having a store when you can?t see someone when you go in. I went in on a weekend to be told they wouldn?t be able to see me and to come in during the week - which I did, only to then be told I won?t be able to see anyone for 2hrs. The staff weren?t even with any customers which was confusing and I have now paid for parking twice specifically to come into o2.

Went in for a replacement sim, no fault of mine, I was told the previous day I could ?pop in n pick it up, it will be ready? to be told when I arrived I needed to wait in a queue for 1 hour or so and I was second in said queue. Only 1 assistant in the store, who, when it was my turn, went on to serve somebody else. Really poor service! No problems with o2 as a network provider, been with them for many years but this particular store needs to step up its game.

What a joke. Walked in to exchange my 4g SIM card for a 5g SIM card. There were three staff members in the store and one customer. I told a staff member what I needed and he told me I needed ID etc to which I replied yes I have that. He then told me the wait time was 3 hrs 20 minutes. Really?. Hope they don?t have the same system for someone wanting a new contract or they won?t have a job for long.

Avoid going to this store. Very bad customer service. Lack of knowledge about their job, useless help skills, a very inhospitable atmosphere.Not recommended at all. If you need any help or advice even on the products that you bought in store sick for help elsewhere.
