Laura at 02 gave me brilliant service with a problem with my samsung watch - professional, friendly and really helpful. She brightened up my day with how she empathised with my situation. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Customer service at its best ?and a real credit to 02.

Absolutely DISGUSTING after sales and customers service had same problem with mobile phone which has been ?repaired? 3 times now! Booked managers appointment waited, waited and waited while the manager was yet again in a MEETING! After we booked.
Will be reporting to the communication ombudsman.
Shocking service DO NOT get your mobile or tablets from O2 West Quay!

The staff in this store are more than happy to sell you something but will not help you with any other issues or problems that you might have they are extremely rude. I have no intentions of helping you whatsoever other than telling you to call customer service or to give you the phone number to call customer service do not expect any help from this store. Please avoid the store and save yourself the bother

I'd give zero if I could. Store staff not interested in helping an existing customer with a known fault on a phone. Off hand & patronising. Clearly their aim is to try to sign up new contracts & those who've been with them for many years can sort themselves out.

Ariana, the manager was fantastic at sorting out a new phone for me. The next week another member of staff helped me activate my blue light discount. All very helpful

Had worst customer servie experience there. The lady was talking without expression and very rude. We asked for information and she said every plan is displayed on the phone.

Had a software problem with a Moto G14. First chap had a go but couldn't fix it so waited for Mohammed to be free.
Took him 10 minutes to sort the problem which was excellent seeing as I'd be trying for 10 hours.
Offered to pay but he refused payment.
Fabulous customer service and Mo and the other chap are fine examples of how to look after customers,

Instore earlier today, Explained to customer service Rep Patricia re: Systemic ongoing problems with O2 payment plan.
Patricia stood with her hands in her pockets, a frown on her face /vocal I wont help you + a I can not help you attitude on her face.
Shocked at what I encountered, I spoke with Patricia about her closed off language. She called some number (??) and remained silent.
The store has been really helpful 5***** over the last couple of days and I urge the store to address the customer service issue in house.
