I returned a purse with a broken zip and had a very upsetting experience. First, a young boy served me and was quite rude, simply saying, ?I don?t know what I can do about it,? before passing me on. A young girl then told me they couldn?t do anything without the label. I offered to get another purse from the shelf to show where the tag is, but they ignored me and made me feel as though I?d stolen the item. I was then handed over to an older lady (possibly in her 50s), who was also rude and dismissive. I was simply asking for an exchange, but I was treated with suspicion and humiliation. It was an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience.

Had a very pleasant experience today from a member of staff in the collections at customer service in West Quay.
The staff member was Laura who was so patient with me when I was confused about the return and purchase costings, Laura was calm and totally understanding how I was confused and explained it fully, I did eventually grasp the conversation.

I was verbally assaulted by a very rude member of staff today, early 50's, large set, brown curly hair and glasses.
All I was doing was queuing behind another customer to pay and she barked something at me from 15 feet away which I couldn't hear because of the music.
Apparently I wasn't supposed to be queuing there although that has always been the entrance to the tills as long as the store has been open. She gestured towards some small signs at chest height which I wouldn't have seen because I'm 6'7.
It was peculiar that she didn't accost the lady in front of me but waited until it was my turn before her rude tirade.
I was so offended by her attitude that I put my shopping down and left the store. I have been a customer here since it opened without any issues until now and I have had a next account for over 14 years.
I feel I was singled out by this member of staff because of my appearance or dress, she obviously believed I was beneath her.
I am very reluctant to return to the store again.

A ginger girl I think called Izzy, served me today she was really lovely and helpful, she offered to go to the stock room twice today to find an item I was looking for.

hello not miles here but his girlfriend. Alicia Weeks was very helpful on sunday 15th December 2024. I was shopping as per usual, and needed a member of staff to help me locate the wooly scarfs, i then saw Alicia Weeks, i walked over and was greeted with a smile, i asked where the scarfs were, in which she navigated me, but also stood and helped me pick out the perfect scarf for my secret santa. - Grace :)

Walked in. Escalator not working which wasn?t ideal. Had to walk upstairs with a bad knee. Got up there then the fire alarm went off so we were booted out. Due to the escalator being out of order we didnt bother waiting and going back in!!

I wish I can give no stars but unfortunately I have to do one star to actually make a comment very disappointed and very embarrassed I went into next store in West quay in town was greeted by the manager friendly enough to start of with previously I booked something online and I wanted to return as it was the wrong size I didn't realise that people smell youre clothes he practically accused me of washing my clothes he said it smelled like powder what happened about with customers always right he then went on to say you should give it to someone else as a gift I didn't think he was friendly at all and him being a manager made it worse tell me I wasn't going to get a refund he left a desk to go and actually see if it matched the same top he made me feel embarrassed I won't be getting anything from online or going in there as I feel very uncomfortable with the fact when he started sniffing my clothes in front of a customer's I don't think that's really right thing that he done he could have done it in a different way why did he have to go smell in my clothes so wrong didn't even want to look at my receipt or my email becat folding my clothes my partner said it doesn't matter I'll buy you a new one and he said that's the right attitude to have how rude can you get I'm a customer and now they lose custom I will not be made to feel like this humiliated in front of customers smelling my clothes looking at me when I left the store when other people was looking at me and pointing now I feel so embarrassed to even enter that shop again I once like going in there there is no customer service there I phoned up customer services again which are nice lady responded to me apologise for what happened in the store and now I am getting my refund back as I'm going to send it back to them so the managers reading this I just wanted to let you know how it made me feel very uncomfortable and she's never do that in front of your customer by smelling clothes could of done it in a very different way I will be taking to head office and to have this looked into you can't be doing this to coumters making feel I don't want to return to shop and emulating me

I went into west quay last week with my partner and needed the toilet, the toilets on the town centre level were still out of order - been over a year. My partner wheeled me into next as I?m in a wheelchair at the moment after having an injury. A lady called Tracy - with tattoos, was very helpful and said their lift was broken and required a part, however suggested we use their staff lifts out the back to go to the costa toilet inside next. She helped us and stayed with us throughout the experience and was very friendly throughout. Tracy went above and beyond her duties that day and I wanted to share how wonderful she was and how it made me feel bearing in mind I?ve just begun my experience shopping with a wheelchair.

Went in today, found THE perfect dress but not in my size. I went to the counter and asked for it to be ordered & Sam looked it up & saw it should have been in stock.
She volunteered to go on a hunt for it and found it in the fitting room.
She was such a lovely person. So very friendly, we had a lovely chat and she was the epitome of perfect customer service.
As I said to her at the time, Thank you Sam, you've made this lady very happy.
I hope she is recognised for her outstanding demeanour and skills.

I would give zero stars for the service today. The staff in this place needs to know the concept of MANNERS. One black female staff was super rude. She doesn?t know how to speak to customers at all. One asian female doesn?t have a clue about anything when asked questions about the price of the item. Absolutely shambles.

I recently visited the Next. It was too difficult for me to find a suit there that fit me, and everything had been mixed up, so I was unable to find one there. Samer, the man, was quite helpful with assisting me pick the right size. I'm incredibly grateful for that. He made my day.
