Says they are open Saturdays, what they don't tell you is the counters are not open so if you need to draw out more cash than machine will let you have, it is a total waste of time.

The staff were pretty efficient and helpful. I didn't wait long in the queue. I have a bag of coins to make deposit. The machine worked fine. I have nothing to complain about.

Hi Natwest, I am a good customer who joined Natwest because they were in Portswood with 2 counters open on Saturdays. Now, they might say they open again on Saturdays in town and I hope so as I do not do internet banking and I need to talk to a person nit necessarily a machine.

We visited this branch 2 weekends in a row to discuss the help the buy ISA, mortgages, savings accounts and investments. Both times we spoke with David Skeeke who offered us so much information, answered all our questions and gave great advise. We did not feel pushed or rushed into any decisions as he really gave us a great understanding of all our options, he was professional and friendly as were the other staff we spoke to. I would highly recommend this branch (and Natwest) and will only be using them for all future business.

Awful experience. Went in to give a document, told to 'speak to the man with the ipad'. Did that - told to wait and.....nothing. In the end I walked out.. Went across the road to Nationwide to do the same task - was dealt with straight by very helpful staff.

Disgusting service with long queues, rude unapologetic man . The staff didn't seem bothered that there were over 14 people waiting and being served by one person. Whilst there was a long queue on Friday 7-12-18 at 2pm . A request to get more staff was met with a short and sharp no without an apology or acknowledgement that customers were waiting for a long time. Appalling customer service i have ever expeienced, even by 3rd world standards. ð???

The worst bank I have ever been into, loads of staff walking around with clipboards directing people to ATMâ??s which canâ??t do everything I want to do, 3 counters and 1 is only ever open. So to pay in I have to queue in 3 queues. 1 for paying in, 1 for paying in business and 1 for getting change, taking sometimes just under an hour to do, if this is what banking has come to someone in head office needs to experience this stupid implementation itâ??s so frustrating, on top of this I have to travel some distance to do all this and pay car park charges. Itâ??s a joke and if I could give a zero rating I would.
