Stood in the shop for 5 minutes with no other customers until they eventually served me to tell me it was to busy for them to open a savings account for me, even though nobody had came in for the 10 minutes I was in store and the bank was open, they continued to tell me how busy it was which I find especially insulting working in a hospital, I had shifts swapped just to come to the bank just to have my day wasted and to be belittled by someone called ?Wendy? do not waste your time or effort going here, 0 consideration for other people lives just want to enjoy there teas while it?s quiet.

I've had a payment by the banks mistake put in my account without my knowledge and just 3 days after my account was empty I had my benefits taken without any warning and suddenly a letter appeared next morning telling me they made mistake and have taken 200 of me all in one letter . If money wasn't mine then I will pay it back to them after a payment plan is made but to give no warning is very unfair as this is there mistake. I complained to the building society and asked to pay my benefits back and il set a plan in place and was refused....very unfair.

Great little branch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can get busy. Inside and outside several ATM's. 3 maximum counter tellers.

I never had so much issues with this hole bank and it has been on sense an year none stop and I have had enough of this bank and this bank no one should even bother with this hole bank of Nationwide bank companies

Today at around 13:50 I had a very unpleasant experience with two workers from Nationwide Bank (Shirley) , being the first complaint about a long time worker bald head man I don?t know his name but he?s extremely rude arrogant and judgemental. The second one being Ava who poorly served me today. This afternoon after entering the bank to make a simple deposit and going to an empty till and then being sent to an automatic cashier, telling me that they have to educate customers to use the automatic cash machine (as if I had never used it several times before) therefore a completely unhappy and meaningless approach, when I had no customer either in front of me an authentic absurdity, these two in particular need to educate themselves because I don?t see any sort of good customer service from them or whatsoever.It?s not the first time that I am treated like that I?m very unhappy with the situation.

No answers to calls/emails. Have not been able to get going with online banking for a month as was not given the right information to do so. Hopefully service will improve
