Dear bank manager!
I have been a customer of yours since 2021. I read online that the customer can only get 50 and 100 pounds at the end of this month.Is that what people with savings and old customers deserve?I often finish work late and have to take a taxi home,which is very financially draining,on top of my ongoing bus and train costs.

Went here after trouble with Santander and the staff are very sweet and understanding of LGBT specifically trans issues with name stuff.

No longer easy to use after closing local branches. Once you do manage to find a parking space in town that is close enough and will allow sufficient time to visit you are invariably met with a queue as they are so busy.

If ever you need any help Nationwide is the best place to get it sorted. Scammers beware! My holiday insurance cost me a fair amount, then the next day I get an automated message saying I was to pay an extra amount £124.02. As I couldn't get hold of the insurance Co. I paid, when I could get hold of them I asked them what this was for they said they knew nothing about this message. I read all the details and are checking, I'm to check with Nationwide and see if this has been paid, if not cancel it & let the Fraud dept. make some enquiries. This is normally all sorted out and I don't have to worry. Just ask for a statement from them and wait until they find out who it is that's trying to steal the money.

I am very pleased with my experience in this branch. My bank card has been eaten by the atm machine and the staff are very helpful and supportive. They have required a new card for me without any hassles. ???

Avoid This Bank - Terrible Experience for Students
My experience with this bank has been absolutely dreadful. Without any prior notification, they abruptly closed my bank account. When I visited the bank to resolve the issue, they failed to reactivate my account, citing an issue with the identification they had on file. Despite providing my passport, BRP, and three broadband bills as requested, they still claimed it wasn't sufficient. As a student, I don't possess additional forms of ID or bills, leaving me in a frustrating predicament. If you're a student, I strongly advise against opening an account with this bank. Their lack of communication and unreasonable demands make them utterly unreliable.

Wow. Came out of a bad experience at Metro bank and went here. Had quite a complicated thing to sort out involving opening and closing accounts etc. Sean was on the desk and sorted it all out. Absolutely amazing. He took time with us and answered all our questions . Fantastic service but apologies to the people in the queue behind us!

I went to this branch for the first time to open an account and was helped by Ms. Christine. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. What a great asset she is for Nationwide, it really makes a difference for customers to have someone like her at the branch!

Today (Tuesday 30th May) I visited this store at around 10am. I was completely fine at the front desk. The staff member was friendly and helpful. I suddenly felt dizzy and feeling faint that member of Staff was really kind and calming. She sat me down. She gave me a cup of water and a biscuit and made sure I was ok. Unfortunately I didn?t get her name I hope she sees this and I would like to thank her very much.

Called to deal with card reader issue.Lovely, helpful staff fixed it for me. Good businesses succeed or fail on the quality of its staff. Those that succeed recruit the best and train them well. Nationwide is the best, and I'll never go back to banks.
