As we were walking in, the waitress dropped the cloth they clean tables with on the floor, picket back up and set it on the station with the bottle of spray, 5 seconds later another waitress took it and started wiping down tables with it?

I have never ever been so a nandos so shocking, like the chicken portions were awful here and so dry! Was given a replacement and still the same, and left me with the old one too, which i had to ask to be taken away myself! The picture here shows the chicken under the skin, rock hard! Like what!!!!!???? This was the replacement, the first also looked like this. Awful experience, every other nandos I've visited is amazing. So will bot be back to this one. Kids chicken meals also the same.

Welcoming and friendly staff, prompt food service after ordering on app. The chicken breast was cooked brilliantly and was very tender, complimented perfectly with a couple sides and hot sauce.

Me and my girl are celebrating our anniversary and after a long day decided to eat at this nandos
Got the same thing we always do the boneless Shara and towards the end of the meal the chicken smelt really funky I ended up leaving the last of my food told one of the workers "that the chicken was hard and smelt like its gone off" and that it wasn't a big deal and not to worry and that I just wanted them to check
Anyway later that night me and my girl both have stomach issues both have thrown up
