Garbage service, they tell you to do everything online by yourself and make you go thru a hassle to get points on your loyalty card, you are better off going to West Quey 2 Nandos where the service is amazing. Avoid this branch of Nandos.

Out of the 2 Nando?s in town, we always prefer to go to this one by miles! Staff customer service are impeccable comparing to their other branch down the road. Very attentive staff, clean environment, knowledgeable crew and the food usually it?s served in timely fashion. Seem very busy on deliveries albeit the systems in place doesn?t seem to affect much the speed of service on dining in. The downbeat id probably note would be their sandwiches the bread are notoriously easy to tell it?s frozen then grilled leaving that frozen bread after taste, also the chicken quality varies slightly as to who?s on the grill often. May I highlight a young male with round pierced hearings, neck tattoo, black jeans, wearing my glasses absolutely super star every time we go there we how dedicated he is with his customers / tables, if not in charge can someone promote this guy.

My last nandos in Southampton was WQ shopping centre and was awful... Dry warm chicken, cold chips and cold service however this was lovely, hot juicy chicken and hot fries plus great service

The usual nandos chicken sandwich. But the chicken looked a bet too pink for me. I guess it?s the local supplies. Sauce is the same good flavor.

Management and staff go above and beyond. The only Nando's I go to in Southampton because of the great service and atmosphere.

Spent 8 quid on a chicken burger. Sauce is great but they served it cold. Chicken and buns were cold too.

Great food and friendly service at this Nandos opposite the Guildhall square. Great place to visit before the show at the O2.
