I have had an amazing experience from start to finish with Morris Dibben, wholly due to Rose Cottrell. It has been the best experience with an Estate Agent by a mile, Rose was extremely accommodating and communicative the whole way, even when I threw her a curveball! On the morning of August 31st, I saw an advertisement for a house for rent posted by Morris Dibben-Woolston and immediately went straight to their office. I was greeted kindly, Rose Cottrell listened to me, registered me and said that she would definitely call me for a viewing during the day. She called me less than half an hour after I left the office but told me that there was another house that matched my expectations and that she could get me booked in for a viewing within half an hour if I wanted to see it, which I agreed to do. After that, everything happened incredibly fast. I saw the house, expressed my interest and on the same day the reference check phase started. Roze certainly played a big part in making the process go so smoothly and quickly. She believed we were suitable tenants, she supported us and we trusted her. Laura Heath took over the reference check process until the day we received the keys. Laura, just like Roze, was with us throughout the process with all our questions. She built a bridge between us and the landlord and we received the keys on September 11th. It was also very kind of Roze, who returned from leave on the day we received the keys, to call us on the phone and congratulate us. The Morris Dibben Woolston team is absolutely dedicated. I had visited many estate agency offices before I walked into their office and I have never seen a lettings negiotiator or property manager approach a prospective tenant with such sincerity and care. This team is different. I highly recommend them to everyone.
