Wouldn?t even give one star. I have been with this bank since they opened and have to say it?s got a million times worse. I needed to open another account for the bills and the lady said we have to credit check you when I already have one. Then to find she had done a hard credit check which she didn?t say that is the worse because I was not told this. I would not recommend this bank and will defo be moving to a real bank.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews before trying to open up a savings account there. Exactly the same experience as others. They imply firstly that you can do it online except "photo is too blurry" or something goes wrong but don't worry you don't need an appointment just drive all the way to Southampton to be given an appointment when you get here. What a stupid system. The relevant people clearly don't read these reviews as it is a common problem and easy to fix by giving the correct information. Anyway nationwide were great even though I'm losing quite a bit of money on the interest. Unbelievably terrible

Probably the worst bank I have ever been to. No offence!! I will in future try other, better options such as storing my money under my elderly mother's soiled matress or under a bridge

Open when I need it to be. All staff are welcoming. Never had an issue over the several years I've been with them. And a new card is printed while you wait. All in all, a good service. Recommended.

I need to get ID'd to open an account. I am told no appointment is necessary. I have to make a special trip into Southampton as that's my nearest branch. I arrive at 1215 to be told I do need an appointment; it's just that I can't get one in advance. What? And the next available appointment is 1630! So I'm supposed to hang around for 4 hours for their convenience? What about my convenience?

Cannot get pending balances correct. Taken money from my account and it has not gone back in. Just vanished till god knows when.

I have been a customer of Metro bank for many years and have always said they give good customer service, However this branch has some rude and unhelpful cashier's sad really as all the other Metro branches I have visited have given amazing customer service.

Good service in the bank, HOWEVER internet banking is not working for unknown reasons that they can not fix! Can?t make any transactions and payments also for unknown reasons!! The worst baking system ever!!!!

Really bad. Served by Nihal. Wouldn't let me collect my belongings from safety deposit box 30 - I arrived 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Store was quiet. Told me to come back tomorrow! Really disappointed ?. Raised a complaint with head office. Let's see what they say...
