My wife?s favourite go to shop in Southampton ruined by a female member of staff who riddled her appearance with a customer! My wife has autism and dresses in very loud bright colours and heavy makeup which this member of staff chose to be the punch line of her joke. My wife left all the items she was about to buy and left very upset! Won?t be back

I had an unwanted gift that I wanted to return but I wasn't sure if I could. I Went to the shop and spoken to a member of the staff who kindly told me I could indeed return the item and refunded my money back. Very kind staff, very professional. Happy with the service.

They sell complete junk here and no decent support.Bought a ball launcher as a souvenir for my son and dog to play with. When I came home to the Netherlands, it turned out to be completely inoperative. I contacted Menkind support, clearly mentioned I lived in the Netherlands, they first promised to replace the defect product.Suddenly it was no longer possible.
