I just want to express my gratitude to the kind staff at green park McDonald?s - baby had a nappy emergency and we stopped over for a change. We head to KFC first but family toilet is locked, we then went to McDonald next store. It also requires a key and when we?re still thinking if we should buy something for a key, a kind staff came in and unlocked the door for us straightaway. Truly appreciate his kindness and I can?t ask for a better service than that.

I arrived in Southampton too late to get to most restaurants, so went to this McDonald?s having not eaten all day.
Service was excellent and extremely fast considering they were really busy with drive-through and delivery orders - I can?t believe how cheerful, friendly and welcoming Ralston was at 11pm on a Sunday night! His colleague was doing a great job keeping the place clean. Food was very good - veggie burger and chilli cheese bites.
This probably seems a very thorough and over-the-top review for a McDonalds, but I think staff in fast food places don?t always get the credit they deserve (or the same level of praise as those in other restaurants) when they do a really good job.

Very nice food. As for every McDonald's. The only annoying thing was flies everywhere. On the food, On the Bins and on the ceiling. Bit gross if you ask me.

Ordered through Deliveroo half the order missing and all the drinks spilled in the bag and had to be thrown away!

The order was made without mistakes, very fast and tasty, I was especially impressed by the waiter who was cleaning at that time, he was very dedicated to what he did, I haven't seen such diligent people and sincere kindness in a long time, thank you

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this visit truly deserved one. The food was as you'd expect from McDonald's ? decent and exactly what we came for. We didn't have to wait long, and the place was clean and tidy.
What really stood out, though, was the manager. From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with a warm smile, checked in to make sure everything was alright, and was genuinely kind and attentive throughout our visit. You could tell he truly cared about providing great service.
It's rare to come across such dedicated and pleasant staff ? more people like him, please!

They have new plastic lids for coffee and is really easy to burn yourself be careful please but all of the food is amazing. I definitely love the muffins and the chicken nuggets.
