Its a McDonalds but not as you expect. Miserable staff, blatantly ignoring customers at the desk and slagging off their colleagues loudly. Awful experience, apart from the cleaner, who was very nice with GREAT customer service skills, unlike the rest of the team!! Disappointed.

Ok McDonalds, has the table service numbers but no option to use it. Booked eat in but still comes in a bag so seemed fairly pointless to give the option. Didn't fill the drinks to the top. Food was good, as you would expect it to be.

Popped in for breakfast. Unfortunately the app wasn't working so we had to order using their self service tills. Used their deliver to the table service. Food was hot as freshly cooked. We didn't get the monopoly stickers when food was delivered but was given them when asked. Will definitely eat there again if we are passing by.

It was an ok mcdonalds. Chips weren't great but they were very busy. I don't no if it's there seating area to clean but it wasn't very clean.

Although the place was packed they did get through orders quickly. Prices are good considering every shop in the services are very expensive. Shop sandwich meal deal £7.50 so get yourself a ?

Despite the busy crowd, the staff at this McDonald's were incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite on the road!

Food was enjoyable but not all things available on the menu. Once again at MacDonald the milkshakes were not available, suppose it's better than my last visit in Yeovil were the milkshakes were tasteless and watery.

Stopped off here as I was travelling to Dorset. Due to some intolerances, I opted for the porridge. When I tried it, it was tepid to cold in temperature. I took it back to the counter and asked for it to be warmed up, which they did, but it was still on the cold side. The manager then put it in the microwave, and it was hot, so much better. He did apologise and rectified the situation without any fuss. Others in my party had muffins and flat breads and they were great. I also love their coffee compared to Costa. ?

massive amount of free parking for cars lorries caravans and motor homes loads of parking for disabled and loads of disability access ...
ladys n gents and disabled toilets always very clean and tidy ...
drive through Mcdonald and eating inn area loads of terminals and table ordering
also there's a drive through costa
and a spa shop that is very good priced for a service station.
well worth a stop on both sides of motorway ...
