Got my order wrong (ordered a chicken burger, received beef) and short-changed on my diet coke. Had to ask for a top-up and they didn't fill it fully. Service is lacking.

Popped in on way back from hospital disappointed to find no fries just burgers and chicken nuggets if this is what the government wants then I shall not visit maccys again

A quick stop with my 2 boys turned into a 25 minute wait for 3 burgers, there was only one other customer inside . The tables had not been cleared or cleaned from previous meals. The staff especially the manager founds alot of time for horseplay though. No urgency whatsoever! Once we finally sat down the fries were dry and plain . This is not the first time at this McDonald's and by my experience this is by far the worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever visited.

Usually when you use the kiosks inside or even order online,the number doesn't match the onscreen number. So, it's really confusing just waiting for the order.

They take forever to complete orders not only that they mess orders up all the time and when you order food online it comes cold and not even warm and the fact the can?t put a bit of pride into the presentation of food when you get it as well they need to aim to work faster when they get online orders so they can get their food warm at least

Might as well go in to order rather than online or drive thru as orders are usually wrong or something missing. At least this gives you the chance to rectify it before you leave, if you do choose to go in enjoy the wait and for your order to be wrong anyway.

There is nothing fast about this fast food place. Every single time I come here I have to park up and wait for my order. The last time I came here 10/11/24 I waited for 30 minutes before someone finally came out with my order. I went in to ask how long it would take after about 15-20 minutes of waiting, to be told that they were very busy (the drive thru was extremely quiet) and that everyone was ordering fries and that?s what they were waiting on. Wow! People ordering fries at McDonalds?! I would never have guessed!
Although the staff taking the orders are lovely there is zero sense of urgency and clearly no such thing as time management!
