Never wear gloves when preparing food. Please, management, give the staff gloves, it's awful. How can you prepare food with dirty hands, even though they insist that they wash every minute, I've never seen it, and there's dirt under your nails. Are gloves really that expensive, less than the service and satisfied customers. This is the safety of your customers. If someone gets sick because of you, they'll sue you for more than these cheap rubber gloves

Worse McDonald ever!!!! Made my family wait for 30mins before telling us they have delivery issues and cancelled order. I was tracking on the app and it went through 6 drivers, clearly food was not ready.
I regularly stay in Southampton hospital because of my daughter?s on going treatment and she loves McDonald, I normally make a trip to collect food but every time I end up waiting at least 20-30 mins before foods out.
I don?t recommend if you have other options.

Toilets are very small! Staff are friendly and quick to clean tables down. Was fairly quiet at around 4:30pm and general area was clean and tidy. Didn?t have any food but it?s McDonalds so it is what it is.

I ordered online from here, and it took 2 hours to get my food, even though the usual delivery time is 15-30 minutes. They received the order but didn?t start preparing it right away. I wanted to cancel the order but I can do nothing on the mc Donald app. Also, my order was cancelled by them after a 2 hours wait once. They really know how to waste people time.
