Ordered on Uber, waited 40 mins, called the Uber guy , he's been sat waiting for staff to make the food and no ones there working, idk what's going on there, it's supposed to be open,

Said it was open on google, walked the 10 minutes to it. Only open for deliveries or drive through. No mention of this on the app either. So even though we are outside, and they are right there?MAKING the food we would pay for?.we have no way of buying it except to pay and wait for delivery? TO OUTSIDE THE STORE?
Multiple other people in the same issue of walking up to the doors, and left with no options.

Visited on 20th December. Staff were an absolute joke. Ordered a cheesy mccrispy burger with only cheese slices and ketchup. Comes with only ketchup. I go back up and ask for the cheese slices in line with what we ordered. It comes back with cheese sauce. So I go up again to ask for the cheese slices and they take it back, flip the patty over and put the cheese slice on and hand it back!!! When it had already been specified 3x that we did not want any cheese sauce. The staff in the kitchen were moaning and swearing too when I sent the order back when they were the ones who couldn?t follow a simple request!! Someone needs to sort it out.
The manager lady with black hair was very helpful though, feel sorry for her having to deal with those useless staff!

Rubbish fries had no salt on them and also tried to get some new ones at the counter and know one came to serve me also milk shake was not good just sloppy and was not thick

Long wait for food service and served Luke warm asked for food to be changed again waited ages and eventually got a refund as over 45 mins
Team leader who issued refund needs customer service training as no apology was made.
Yet the poor floor worker was so apologetic

Restaurant was virtually empty, ignored w.hen trying to pay and food was cold and mush. I love McDonald's especially the Barrack road Christchurch one but this

I placed an order with Uber Eats, the delivery driver arrived with two bags and we took the order. Upon opening the order we realized half the order was missing. I contacted Uber Eats and they stated I am not eligible for a refund. We phoned the driver and he said they only gave him the bags we received. Rather angry with this, we tried to phone the store but no luck, so got dressed, de-iced the car and drove to the store. The person I spoke to said he would get it sorted by replacing our whole order (the food we received was also partly wrong) and would issue a refund on their end via Uber Eats. The guy came back and said his manager said no, they will not be doing this as its not their problem. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they give the food to the delivery driver and it's no longer their issue - even though the delivery driver stated he was only given what we received, meaning McDonald's would be at fault. I've been trying to contact Uber Eats but with their support via the app saying I'm not eligible for a refund, I don't have much hope. Meaning they've taken money from me, not delivered what I have paid for and both parties are refusing to cooperate or rectify this. I know it's only a McDonald's food order but it's very much the principle and terrible service in both companies that has effectively left me being robbed of money.

If I could give less than one star I we were treated disgustingly by staff this evening we ordered through Uber eats and half the order was missing and what did come was wrong uber were no help we tried phoning McDonald?s no answer so reluctantly got out of bed got dressed and de-iced the car at midnight in 2degree weather and drove down to McDonald?s they refused to help or give the food we had ordered and paid for and shrugged their shoulders stating it wasn?t their fault or problem that they didn?t give the driver our food and then accused us of lying saying we could of just left the food at home so we are now out of pocket with half our food missing do they really think we would of defrosted the car driven all that way in the cold to just lie about getting the food McDonald?s you need to sort your staff out

I am a long standing customer of McDonald's. I was just stopping in Southampton overnight for a work event.
I thought my breakfast was sorted with McDonald's, I cycled up to McDonald's as I have done to many McDonald's. Although it seems that this McDonald's has a no cyclist policy. First time I've heard of this. I suspect it's a direct discrimination against hard working food delivery cyclists. Fortunately for me I have a folding bike, so could fold it up. Also fortunately for me their on-the-spot policy seems to allow folding bikes?
If I was unable to fold my bike, would I need to lock up outside??? What if there's a new no locking bikes outside policy???
Feeling lucky I got my mediocre food. Was nearly a win for power hungry staff making up rules on the spot. Close call.

Chaos waited over half an hour for two items, some of the staff found the whole thing amusing, as people became very agitated over the long wait, and food when it eventually arrived was barely warm. Appalling.
