Coffee Saturday 19th July in marks and spencers in hospital and I asked a lovely girl jodie and her friend as the machine wasn't working they where both lovely polite and where very efficient gotbut sorted for me very quick other young girl had dark hair charm acne maybe but both are lovely kind friendly girls jodie is very polite and smiles they both ate a credit yo the store thank you young ladies at 11.31 on Saturday x

I had a breakfast wrap, it's wasn't very nice. How they can call it a cafe is beyond me when everything is microwaved. Breakfast wrap was so hot I had to wait 10 mins to eat it, then only to find it was made with fake hotdog sausages.
One member of staff was wearing a face mask and had a strong accent so I had to ask her to repeat everything several times, another member of staff was visibly ill and coughing all over everything, although this probably explains the other ladies mask. Overall very disappointed and wouldn't eat here again, especially as a regular M&S cafe is very good.

Well stocked shop with great customer service! Normally I take this for granted, but today really stood out, I popped in this morning (24th Sept) to grab a few things and I was looking for a bacon bap in the hot counter section, one of the ladies (I think she was from the bakery, I'm really sorry I didn't catch her name) saw me and asked if I was looking for a bacon sandwich and, said that they're almost ready then brought me one. Following this, the gentleman with a beard (may be manager?) helped me locate some hand soap. It's the little things, but it's very appreciated and kind, thank you!

This was appauling husbands sausage ciabata inedible so hard they changed it not much better I had the full english stone cold sent it back returned with another one not much better i will now go elsewhere for food as i didnt eat this No ketchup 15 minute wait for a white coffee and i was in the front of the queue sorry m&s the service and quality has went right down hill

Expensive. And you're lucky if you find the fridges working. And stuff change place all the time. You never know what you're going to find at the bakery.

Understaffed. Run down. Overworked people. No passion or money or planning put into the place. The owners should be ashamed of letting it waste away and not putting any of their attention into nurturing this place. You charge enough for it so stop putting the money into your back pocket and show some appreciation for the community who continue to come here, let alone your poor workers.

Nice friendly staff, very clean. However the chocolate and marshmallow teacakes are just disgusting, whatever happened? They're cloying and just taste of sugar now, simply horrid, they used to be delicious! ??

As an inpatient I have found the shop to be quite useful. May be slightly more expensive than normal, but can't beat it for convenience. Where else can you get fresh fruit, cooked chicken and lots of nibbles and cold drinks whilst you popped out of the ward in your pyjamas .?

This is for the Cafe, sometimes the staff are friendly, sometimes not, depends who you get. Today and this has been the only time it's been offered, a young lad asked if I wanted my drink carried to the table. Today I only had 1 walking stick, but for the last 3 weeks when I have used this facility I was using 2 sticks and had no offer at all. The floor always looks like it needs cleaning, I think it gets done at the end of each day, but that's it. Also the tables don't look like they are cleaned during the day too. For what it is, it's expensive, but I suppose if your renting space from the Hospital you have to make your money back.

Nut allergy sufferers beware! Cakes are under cloches, but knives are shared so cross- contamination is the order of the day. A long wait for a simple coffee. Milk pots heated by the batista being reused without being cleaned. Overflowing bins in the barista area. Tables cluttered with trays of spent crockery etc. Terrible. What on earth happened to M&S cafes? Not anymore something of s treat, now attrition. John Lewis' cafe is much, much better.

It is handy we?ve used it many times but getting very expensive & today a staff member cleaned ? 6 tables with the same side of a yellow cloth?..no rinsing in between ?. The 4 young girls working there gathered around till chatting & socialising whilst the ?chef? looked on. Not what you expect from M&S personnel & unhygienic.
