I have recently sold my property through Mann and I really couldn?t recommend them enough, we decided to change estate agents early in the process based on reviews and we came across Mann and I am so glad that we did.The team were efficient and effective with getting all of the details correctly published, and they would send over weekly updates on how things are going. Throughout the whole process the team have kept me updated and when we finally sold they were very on top of chasing, getting all the parties aligned and making sure that everyone had the right communication.Overall the communication and service provided by the team in Mann has been fantastic, thank you all so so much for your hardwork xx

My experience with this real estate company left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of engagement and responsiveness from the female agent assigned to me throughout the entire process. Our communication left room for improvement, often leaving me uninformed about crucial updates. Additionally, the property listings provided didn't quite align with my preferences, which made the search a bit challenging. It was evident that the agent's main focus was on financial aspects, rather than thoroughly understanding my needs.While this approach did create some discomfort and frustration, I believe there's room for improvement in their services. Overall, my interaction with this company, particularly with the lady agent, wasn't ideal, but it offers an opportunity for them to enhance their customer experience in the future.

recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mann Sales and Letting Agents, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my terrible experience so that others can avoid the same ordeal.From the very beginning, presented themselves as a professional and reliable agency. However, it quickly became apparent that this was far from the truth. One of the most significant issues was the blatant dishonesty I encountered throughout my interaction with them.Communication with Mann Sales and Letting Agents was also a nightmare. They were often unresponsive and seemed disinterested in resolving any of my concerns. It was clear that they had no intention of actually helping me.I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from falling into the same trap I did. Choosing a trustworthy agency is crucial, and unfortunately, Mann Sales and Letting Agents falls far short of that standard. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, FULL OF LIARS AND DECEIVERS!
