So pleased to be able to visit a Leeds Building Society branch and speak to knowledgeable staff in person! I got great advice about my savings and was switched to a far more beneficial account quickly and efficiently. Great service!

AVOID!I've just had to file a complaint against them with the financial ombudsman as they refuse to provide in person appointments anymore even when a disability means it's not possible for the person to do a telephone appointment. Great customer service that is!

Had to visit here to close the accounts of a deceased relative. Staff were very pleasant and incredibly efficient. Everything sorted in around 20mins.
