We had traveled all the way down from Chichester to Southampton and had a puncture to which we panicked and was worried but we managed to get hold of Kieran at kwik fitI've never in my life experienced customer service like I just received from him. He got us in as quickly as possibly and repaired our puncture. He was very polite, understanding and sympathetic.We took our jaguar SVR and it was well looked after and outstanding work carried out.Couldnt recommended Kieran and the guys at kwik fit enoughThe blokes a legend!!!

Went to local Kwik Fit due to a slow puncture. They were clearly very busy but fitted me in. I left the car with them and popped to local shops. It wasn't long until they called to say it was all sorted. I had a small screw causing the problem that they repaired. I have used them before for service and MOTs. Those occasions, as with this time, i have found them to be efficient with very helpful and polite staff.

Came in to get a tyre repaired and it was in in a repairable spot and saw then move the screw to outside my tread and it wasn?t there before

Had a service here today and was very impressed at the high-level of customer service. As I went in to pick up my car, I caught the manager Cieran having the loveliest conversation with an older customer really reassuring her that her car was safe and if she was ever worried she could pop in and he would have a look at it for her. Lovely to see lots of care and attention taken. I will definitely return.

Nathan & Kieran thanks so much for just being kind people today.I managed to hit a nasty pothole during my travels down south, dented my steel wheel rim and on the way back up north my tyre sensor came on so I knew that the rim dent was not just cosmetic.Being a Sunday nowhere was open, so out desperation I can to quickfit under the vague hope that they could sell new rims or repair rims. They said they couldn't, but they will happily fit our spare tyre for us quickly so we can be on the road.As they took the damaged tyre they took one look at it, said we can fix that with a few hammer blows. Proceeded to do that, put check the tyre for leaks, put it back on, checked the pressures and sent us on our way.They did this all for free (I offered to pay but they said it was 5 minutes work so think nothing of it). It was just a nice thing to do, so now I am back home, car tyres are fine, rims are fine. Saved us calling the RAC and waiting around for hours. Or limping home with a 50mph spare on.Thanks for saving my Sunday evening Nathan and Kieran, you are good guys.

I called in here with my car. Kieran couldn?t have been more helpful. He checked the problem, provided advice & fixed the issue, all whilst being professional & friendly. Top service (which is rare these days). I would recommend & definitely use them again if needed. Thank you Kieran & team!
