It started off they forgot to put something in from the order so we drove back they did not even apologise then shut the door in our face and didn?t even say sorry for inconvenience then we got back to discover a half a pack of chips 5 popcorn chicken in a boneless banquet and my husband had 3 pieces of chicken as a meal and we?re the tiniest pieces of chicken we have ever seen we were really really disappointed

Massive praise to the staff at KFC Antelope park. Super Friendly service. There was a short wait for the chicken to be cooked today and the staff were so apologetic and kind enough to offer us a bottle of drink, a large side and dips to compensate. Also meant for the wait our chicken was extra delicious as had just been cooked!
To the store manager please pass on praise to the two colleagues on the front counter on Friday Afternoon. Wonderful people working a tough job. Many thanks from two very full customers!

Friday the 6th Sept about 6.30pm
With a couple of other orders I ordered a six piece bucket. Got it home to find 5 drumsticks and one thigh in the box.
Even in the box meal I ordered we got a drum stick.

Aweful, happened 3 times now, worst hot chocolate ever and tasted like water. Extremely pissed on such waste of money! Will not go there again for drinks atleast.

Marked improvement over the past few months. It used to feel like the worst KFC around, with wrong orders, app ordering frequently disabled, and long prep times.
Now it?s been a few times that all the above seem to have been sorted. Keep it up

It was up to mark. I had a smooth meal and no disruptions at all. Time, and money well spent. Seemed like a bit understaffed at that moment but it wasn't that bad.

Five stars, 5 minutes before closing got the ultimate bbq burger and when I say ultimate I mean it, LOADS of dried onion bits, Cheese, Loads of lettuce, chicken in the burger was lovely, got bbq sauce separate as well, gravy, and an Extra chicken piece as well as a Pepsi, cause it was closing time I think they had some leftovers they would have thrown out so I recon they gave me some
